Boy It's Been Hot!

And the Crafting Cottage has been getting some"HOT" new products in to share with you soon. From papers, stamps, new die-cuts, kits, you name it. Georgia and I have been busy entering items and getting them ready for the shelves.

Georgiana and I have been busy getting ready for our special announcement. But it looks like it won't be until next week that we can let the excitement out of the bag. I know, I know, I keep saying it is coming. Believe me it is hard for me not to tell you!

I am working tomorrow on some of the projects for our HOT HOLIDAY HAPPENINGS Workshop. I will post a date for the fun event as soon as I have it. We will be doing Christmas cards and Holiday themed items to give you a head start for this years celebrations. You won't want to miss it!

Cheryl returned to work today from her vacation. She and her husband had a great time. We are glad to have her back. I will get to hear more of her adventures tomorrow at work.

Happy 4th...

I hope you all enjoyed your 4th of July weekend. I traveled into Centre County, PA to spend the 4th with my family. We celebrated at my sister Susanne's home and had a really nice time. Of course there was no shortage of food. It was all delicious. Steve and I then spent the night with our son and grand-daughter and came home Sat. late afternoon.

I've been doing some planning for our Ice Cream Social at the East Corning Crafting Cottage. Remember you must pre-register. Check our website for times and dates. It's coming fast!

Real soon we should be able to announce our upcoming excitement for the Crafting Cottage. Georgiana and I have been busy trying to get things in order. Keep checking in often.

It was so nice seeing Tarren and Susan on Thursday evening. Tarren made some terrific cards using the Creative Cafe' cards and supplies. Susan was busy matching papers to cover a Bare Elements Caddy and die cutting card frames to make some cards at home. It was great visiting with you girls.

Well I've gotta go. More later.

Did you miss me?

I am sorry for not getting my blog updated before today. I got so relaxed at the lake last weekend that the week flew by.

We are quite busy at The Crafting Cottage getting all settled in since my move from Market St. But you never know where you might find me......hmmm....maybe a new announcement will be coming soon. Yes, that is right, keep checking my blog for some exciting news!

I am excited to share with you some news about an Inchie's Club I am forming. Inchies are a one inch square portion of an image that is used as a focal point. They are great for making cards and trading. I have some fun ideas already planned for the club. If you are interested in joining the club you can reply back on my blog or you can email The Crafting Cottage to sign up. There will also be a sign up sheet at The Crafting Cottage. Once I get enough for the club I will contact everyone and set up a meeting so we can plan our schedule. I am thinking I will run the club twice, once during the day and once in the evening. That way if you don't like driving in the evening you won't miss out on the fun! Sign up soon for the fun!

I will admit I am going to miss Beth and all of the action on Market St., but it will be nice to be at the East Corning Cottage and with the rest of the Crafting Cottage Family. Well I have to get packing so I will see everyone in East Corning in a few days!
